职位概要: Position Summary:
1． 负责压铸和机加工方面工艺开发工作；
Responsible for process development of die-casting and machining.
2． 负责压铸和机加工方面改善优化工作；
Responsible for process improvement & optimization of die-casting and machining.
3． 负责压铸和机加工方面新工艺新技术引进工作。
Responsible for new process & new technology introduction of die-casting and machining.
工作内容: Job content:
新项目导入 NPI
1. 负责新项目询价阶段工艺路线、设备选择和产能的分析；
Responsible for the analysis of process line, equipment selection & capacity for new project during inquiry stage;
2. 负责新项目执行阶段的工艺开发，包括流程图、PFMEA、控制计划、作业指导书、记录表格的制定；
Responsible for process development for new project during execution stage, including formulation of flow chart, PFEMA, CP, WI & record form;
3. 负责新项目执行阶段的小批试产跟进、问题解决；
Responsible for following pilot run & trouble shooting for new project during execution stage
4. 负责新项目执行阶段的新工装、设备、产线的开发、验证。
Responsible for development & verification of new tooling, equipment & production line for new project during execution stage
现有工程维护 Existing project maintenance
1. 支持生产/质量团队分析、解决生产过程中出现的异常问题；
Support production/QC team to analyze & solve the abnormal issues happened in production line;
2. 负责工艺纪律检查，工艺文件的维护；
Responsible for process discipline inspection & maintenance of process documents;
3. 负责工装、设备、模具、产线关键参数和状态的监控；
Responsible for the monitoring to the key parameters & status of the tooling, equipment, molds & production line
4. 为生产等相关人员提供培训，提高他们的专业技能。
Provide training for production & other related personnel, improve their professional skills
持续改进 continuous improvement
1. 负责现有工装、设备、模具、产线、工艺方法的优化；
Responsible for the optimization of existing tooling, equipment, molds, production line & technique
2. 负责引入新工艺方法、新设备等，提升制造竞争力；
Responsible for the introduction of new technique & new equipment to improve manufacturing competitiveness
3. 领导安排的其它任务。
Other tasks assigned by the superior
任职资格: Qualification
1．电机转子铁芯压铸制造行业或铝合金压铸行业五年以上工作经验；
Over 5 years working experience in rotor die-casting or Al die-cating industry
2．熟悉铝压铸和机加工工艺；
Have a good knowledge of technique for aluminum die-casting and machining
3．能够熟练使用Autocad二维和其它三维软件；
Able to use Autocad 2D & other 3D software skillfully
4．参与或领导过新项目导入或工艺开发的项目经验；
Project experience in participating in/leading new project introduction or process development
5．参与或领导过工艺改善比如效率提升、合格率提升、制造成本降低的项目经验；
Project experience in participating in/leading process improvement, e.g. efficiency enhancers, qualified rate increasing, manufacturing cost reduction
6．熟悉APQP、FMEA、PPAP；
Have a good knowledge of APQP, FEMA, PPAP
7. 熟悉精益生产、六西格玛工具和方法；
Have a good knowledge of LP, Six Sigma tools & methods
8．英语口语达到日常工作交流水平，英语读写达到文件阅读与编写的水平。
Oral English is at the level of daily communication, English reading & writing is at the level of documentation reading & writing.
